
Ingredients
- 1 kg red carrots, grated
- 1 tin condensed milk- 400gm
- 2 tbsp ghee
- 1 tsp elaichi powder
Method
- Add the grated carrots to a big kadhai, and sprinkle some water. Cover and cook until soft.
You can grate the carrots manually using a box grater, or in a food processor with the grating attachment. - Once the carrots are soft, add the condensed milk and cook it down till it thickens.
- Turn off the flame, add elaichi powder and ghee.
- At this point you can also add roasted nuts if desired.
