
Ingredients for Mint Mojito Syrup
- 1 measure water
- 1/2 measure sugar
- 1/4 measure lemon juice
- 1 large handful of mint leaves, washed and roughly chopped.
Method for Making Mint Mojito
- In a vessel, add water and sugar, let it come to a boil.
- Turn off the flame and add the mint leaves. Let it come to room temperature.
- Once it comes to room temperature, add lemon juice.
- Strain the liquid and refrigerate it for 3-4 days.
- To make a glass of mojito, add some syrup as per your sweetness preference, top up with soda, add mint leaves and ice. Enjoy!
