- Storage Instructions: Refrigerate in an airtight container upto 5 days
- Prep Required: Grating of carrots
Ingredients
- 500gm carrot, grated
- 1/2tin/200gm condensed milk
- 3 tbsp ghee
- 1/2 tsp elaichi powder
- chopped nuts
Method
- Add grated carrot to a kadhai, sprinkle water and allow to cook until slightly soft, about 5-6 minutes.
- Once it is cooked, add condensed milk and allow it to thicken. Turn off the flame once desired consistency is reached. Remember that it will thicken further as it cools down.
- Further add elaichi powder, ghee and chopped nuts. Mix together and serve hot.
